Mental Health Foundation in the UK Suggests a Long List of Small Acts of Kindness to Cope with Mental Health During the Pandemic
The British organisation “Mental Health Foundation” offers online resources for coping with the pandemic – specially with the effects of long lockdowns and social distancing on people’s daily lives. The organisation gives advice on how to look after the mental health of different areas of life such as relationships, work, study, parenting, how to deal with losses and other aspects, all impacted by the outbreak of the pandemic. The organisation also has a campaign called “Acts of kindness during the coronavirus outbreak” emphasizing the importance of practicing simple daily acts of kindness, with examples of small but powerful acts anyone can take to look out for each other during these troublesome times.
